My personal favorite (both to make and eat!) – an Irish dessert: Ingredients Box: 6 squares (1 oz each) of semisweet chocolate 1 tbsp shortning Filling: 6 oz of cream cheese, softened 4 tbsp butter, softened 1 to 1 ½ cup powdered sugar 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa 2 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups heavy or whipping cream (I use straight whipped cream for this) 2 pints of strawberries
