30-Second Champion: Target and Adam Rosante

Adam Rosante is one today’s hottest trainers, with Details and SELF magazines both raving about his eat-clean-train-dirty method – as well as his rugged good looks. Adam is also a C9 by Champion Ambassador, spreading the word about Target’s line of stylish, versatile and affordable fitness apparel. The recent launch of Adam’s book, The 30-Second Body, was a timely hook to create a brand awareness strategy for C9 by Champion coverage opportunities.

What We Did

TURNER hosted a VIP media event to celebrate the launch of The 30-Second Body, with some of New York City’s top fitness lifestyle social media bloggers and influencers on the guest list. The lifestyle public relations event took place at Target Studio in Chelsea, where each attendee was given an overview of the product and the opportunity to pick out a C9 by Champion outfit from the curated collection display.

Following an on-site hair and makeup session, guests joined Adam for an interactive preview of workouts included in the book, which was exclusively captured on photo and video by an on-site team. Guests left with their new C9 by Champion outfit, an advance copy of Adam’s book and visual assets for easy sharing with their readers and/or followers.


The 30-Second Body VIP event generated a blast of social media activity, including posts from Health Magazine, Lean Girls Club, Well + Good, Athleisurely and more. Subsequently, there was also a wide array of online coverage from such outlets as Shape.com, Cosmo Body, and Style Bistro resulting in close to four million overall impressions.
