Dive Into Summer’s Coolest Pools

Dive Into Summer’s Coolest Pools
It’s that time in July when summer has officially gone from warm and pleasant to hot as hell. Now, you may find yourself searching the nearest pool in which to cool off. But sometimes not just any pool will do. Here are some of the world’s most amazing pools.

Victoria House

Spectacular, private, and located in Ambergris Caye, Belize, the award-winning Victoria House beach resort, a part of the Unique Hotels of Belize collection, has two pools on property. The sleek infinity pool is centered perfectly in front of the resort’s recently renovated villas. The main pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea, with unobstructed views of the colorful Belize Barrier Reef. It's the perfect setting for a sunset swim.

Naia Resort and Spa

Naia Resort and Spa combines warm Belizean hospitality with barefoot luxury. This Unique Hotels of Belize property has a refreshing saltwater pool next to the resort’s Beach Bar and Grill. Enjoy drinks and bites ordered right to your lounge chair. Looking to recharge? Then head over to the resort’s breathtaking spa facilities for a refreshing dip in the spa pool, which overlooks the calm waters of the lagoon, and embrace the sounds of nature.

The Lodge at Chaa Creek

Also a member or the Unique Hotels of Belize family is The Lodge at Chaa Creek, an eco-resort and 400-acre private nature reserve located in the Cayo District of Belize. Always keeping the environment in mind, the lodge has an eco-friendly fresh water infinity swimming pool. Its bi-level configuration allows for swimming and playing in the paddling pools, all while enjoying the rainforest and jungle surroundings that make up this incredible property – don’t be surprised if you see a monkey trying to get in on the fun.

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa

Serenity with a capital "Sea" — that’s how we describe Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa's oceanfront pools. Visible from the resort lobby when guests first arrive, the pools are family friendly and surrounded by lush local foliage, comfy lounge chairs and private cabanas. Guests can enjoy an ample oasis with an all-day bar serving salads, ceviche, hand-crafted cocktails and more.

Bisha Hotel Toronto

Since opening last fall, the Bisha Hotel Toronto has been a haven for Toronto’s most stylish, offering an impeccably designed venue to eat, play and sleep. Now that the weather has warmed up, many have begun flocking to the Bisha’s rooftop terrace to lounge and take a dip in the hotel’s beautiful plunge pool. Located on the 44 th floor, the pool also offers sweeping views of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower.

Marriott Marquis Houston

Located in Houston’s vibrant downtown district, Marriott Marquis Houston’s rooftop pool – the largest in all of Texas – is an above-it-all destination that delivers extremely cool vibes. With its iconic Lone Star State-shaped lazy river, unexpected greenery and incredible city view, it’s become an attraction in its own right.

The Source Hotel, Denver

Opening September 2018, The Source Hotel's rooftop will feature a spectacular cantilevered rooftop hot tub and pool. Take a dip framed by panoramic views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. However, the pool is just the beginning of the above-it-all excitement. Take advantage of The Woods, a full service restaurant, bar and beer garden. Chefs  pair the amazing food with New Belgium Brewing craft beers.

Westin Austin Downtown

Azul, Austin’s highest rooftop pool and bar, features luxurious cabanas, a cozy fire pit and 180 degree views of Austin. The bar offers custom cocktails on tap, perfect for enjoying the Austin skyline. With daily happy hours, DJs and more, it's easy to see why Azul was named Austin's #1 outdoor bar by Eater.
